Our Handyman Pricing
- Mobilization fee: $255.00. This gets our truck and techs out to your property to assess your service needs. This fee covers the first hour spent on your property to gather info.
- $175.00 p.h. After the mobilization fee hour has been consumed.
- Additional cost of any materials/parts purchased for your projects will be added to your invoice. There is no mark up on materials/parts purchased however the $175.00 p.h. Labor rate will apply to cover the time spent sourcing and getting materials for your project.

Typical Handyman call that we receive:
switch out a bedroom ceiling light to a ceiling fan/light combo
- Mobilization fee to arrive: $255.00. Check things out. Figure what parts are on site and what needs to be purchased to complete the job.
- Tech runs to Lowes to pick up a ceiling fan box and a new wall switch to complete the job. Tech took 1 hour to and from to grab parts: $175.00 X 1 = $175.00
- Tech takes 2 hours to remove old light and install the box, fan/light combo and new switch: $175.00 X 2 = $350.00
- Total money spent on materials/parts: $35.00
TOTAL FOR THIS HANDYMAN SERVICE: $815.00
